When I started this blog in 2019 I wasn't expecting much to happen. This year 2025 however has been very revealing.

- found articles in the Portsmouth Evening News - more revealing than any other articles
- found an old web site about John Yarr and Lifewave (www.johnyarr-lifewave.co.uk)
- I found out a lot more about the 2000 arrest and court case from this old site
- there was another site created by Maxine Reynolds but I haven't found it yet - need name or URL

- read through Paul Bennett's (Yogi Paulo) Facebook pages
When I started I assumed that John Yarr was enlightened. This year I have started considering that he was never enlightened. Some of his followers "enlightened" themselves through their own efforts. What they have is a form of nonduality but it's not true enlightenment. I used to say that there are two forms of enlightenment, one where everything seems to be part of you, and the other where there is no you. Now I can see that the former state of consciousness will always be intermittent - it comes and it goes. That's not enlightenment. John Yarr may well never have had even that. He told people to meditate many hours a day and then took credit for the results.
